Job Description:
1. Proficient with Windows Server 2003/2008/2012R2 & Windows 7/8/8.1/10
2. Exposure to Microsoft Web technologies/ IIS3. Familiarity with system troubleshooting based on application and system logs.4. Active Directory (Management / Group Policy)5. Storage technologies exposure - NAS / RAID / SAN6. Network Configurations (LAN/ FIREWALL /DNS / WINS / DHCP / DFS / SMTP / LDAP / SMTP / Telnet)7. Exposure in Outlook installation, Configuration, SMTP, POP3, DHCP, DNS concepts Proficient in active directory, WAN/LAN8. DESKTOP SUPPORT troubleshooting and installation9. knowledge in Design software like Photoshop / Corel draw added as advantage10.knowlegde in Troubleshoot of printer problem / Toner Refilling.
