Junior Software Tester (1–3 Years Experience)

Location: Alappuzha, Kerala (On-site)

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Software Tester with 1–3 years of experience in testing desktop and web applications. The candidate should have a keen eye for quality, a structured approach to testing, and a strong desire to deliver reliable, bug-free software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.

• Prepare and execute detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts.

• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools.

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality.

• Assist in automating test cases and improving testing processes.

• Validate fixes and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in software testing (manual or automation).

• Good understanding of software development and QA methodologies.

• Familiarity with Selenium, JMeter, or similar testing tools.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and web technologies.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
