About the Role: We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Sales Support Intern to assist our early sales efforts. This role is perfect for someone looking to learn the ropes of SaaS sales, lead generation, and customer engagement. You'll play a crucial role in identifying potential users and helping us connect with them. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Research: Research and identify potential leads (content marketers, SEO agencies, small businesses) using online tools and databases (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, corporate websites). Gather contact information and key details about prospective clients. Outreach Support: Assist in drafting personalized outreach emails and messages. Help manage and organize lead data in spreadsheets or a basic CRM. Conduct initial outreach (via email/LinkedIn) to qualify leads based on predefined criteria. Customer Engagement: Assist in preparing materials for product demos or introductory calls. Help gather feedback from early users and communicate it back to the product team. Provide basic support to early adopters, answering general queries about the platform. Market Analysis: Help analyze market segments and identify key pain points that ContentAigent.in can address. Track industry trends related to content marketing and AI adoption. What We're Looking For: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail. Comfortable with online research and data organization. Proactive, self-starter with a strong desire to learn about sales and business development. Good interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. A genuine interest in AI, SaaS products, and content marketing/SEO. Bonus Points: Experience with cold outreach, LinkedIn, or any CRM tool.
