Job Summary: As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company's success. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Job Role: Jr. Sales Executive Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite) Experience: 2–5 years Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2–5 years in sales, preferably in real estate, or related field. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Travel: Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally to other locations as required. Preferred Attributes: Industry Knowledge: Experience in real estate is a plus. Language Skills: Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
