Role & responsibilities :- 1. Learn and Understand Products Gain complete knowledge of the companys window products (e.g., UPVC, aluminum frames, glass types). Attend training sessions and product demos. 2. Customer Outreach Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and field visits. Follow up on inquiries and leads provided by the company. Maintain a list of prospects and update status regularly. 3. Sales Support Activities Assist senior sales staff in preparing quotations and presentations. Help with order processing, documentation, and coordination with the back office. Attend site visits or client meetings with senior team members. 4. Relationship Building Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and contractors. Collect feedback and share it with the team for continuous improvement. 5. Market Research Gather information about competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Identify new areas or industries where the products can be promoted. 6. Sales Reporting Maintain daily records of visits, calls, and meetings. Submit weekly sales activity reports to the sales manager. 7. Achieve Targets Work toward monthly sales targets under guidance. Take ownership of performance and show growth over time. 8. Learn CRM Tools & Sales Processes Use CRM software or Excel to track leads and update customer data. Understand the basic sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Preferred candidate profile Preferred Candidate Profile: Sales Representative (Fresher) Education: Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration Marketing Engineering (Mechanical/Civil preferred) Commerce or any relevant field Skills & Competencies: Good communication and presentation skills Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in approaching new people Willingness to learn technical product details (e.g., window types, fabrication specs) Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools) Mobility & Availability: Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings Required a two-wheeler or driving license is a plus (for field roles) Personality Traits: Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Professional appearance and behavior Good listener with a problem-solving attitude Able to work under supervision and take feedback positively
