ABOUT THIS JOB NIQ works with clients to provide insights and thought leadership to drive their business and grow their portfolios. Our work helps Clients understand consumers and shoppers via market research. The primary responsibility of the person will be executing consumer and shopper research projects for our clients. You will be given a great opportunity to develop together with a team. RESPONSIBILITIES Support research project execution under seniors supervision; Development of questionnaires, project coordination and report preparation; Contributing to Client relationships through effective project management and delivery; Conduct analyses in cooperation with Analytics Team; Translation of research tools English - Russian or Russian - English. REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing, Sociology, Journalism, Psychology, Economics, Business or other related field; Fluent English and Russian, Kazakh would be an added value; Understanding of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative); FMCG experience and/or shopper research experience will be a plus; Good proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and, preferably, SPSS; Good communication skills; Willingness to grow in the market research field.
