The role involves working on the project "Development of Infra-Red (IR) detector using a heterojunction of graphene with SiNWs on Si chip for Night Vision Devices" sponsored by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). **Role Overview:** As a Junior Research Fellow (JRF), you will be responsible for conducting research on the development of Infra-Red (IR) detector using graphene with SiNWs on Si chip for Night Vision Devices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct research on the synthesis of nanomaterials and their composites for Infrared sensing applications - Characterize nanoparticles and their composites - Work on the project sponsored by DRDO - Submit detailed CV within 10 days of the advertisement - Collaborate with the research team on the project **Qualifications Required:** - First-class M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Material Science or M.Tech. in Nanotechnology, Material Science with minimum 60% marks - Must have qualified GATE / CSIR - NET or equivalent examination - Preferred qualifications include expertise in synthesizing nanomaterials and composites for Infrared sensing applications, and 1-2 years of research experience in the Research Laboratory or Industry If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please send your detailed CV within 10 days of this advertisement through email to akumar53@amity.edu with cc to vkjain@amity.edu & sushils@amity.edu.
