1. Analysis of personal care products raw material and finished goods
2. Be able to engage wet chemical & instrumental method validation & development
3. To set specifications for raw materials, Finished Goods, QC and analytical protocols
4. Should be ready to travel (depends on requirements) to factories in various parts of India so as to enable technology transfer / train factory chemists.
5. Study stability and degradation kinetics of actives.
6. Track and analyze marketed / competitor compositions.
7. Participate in periodic factory and third party analytical lab audits.
Coordinate with Product development teams, Regulatory, Quality, factory, supply chain and vendors.
Hands on wet chemical, GC, HPLC instruments
Experience in wet chemical lab, method development by using GC, HPLC, wet chemical methods etc.
