Job Title: Junior Recruiter

Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Experience: 0.6 – 1 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for BFSI-related job openings.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Use job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed), LinkedIn, and other platforms to attract talent.
• Schedule interview and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain database of candidates and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Assist in client reporting, interview coordination, and MIS tracking.
• Support bulk hiring, campus hiring, or walk-in drives as needed.

Key Skills:

• Basic knowledge of banking & finance terms and job functions.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals & Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Banking, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a recruitment/placement agency.
• Prior experience recruiting for BFSI roles (nice to have).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
