Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source and attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and overall hiring processes. Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and progress. Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Languages or a related field. Experience: Appreciated a previous internship experience in HR with a focus on recruiting. Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively use recruitment tools and platforms. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
