Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for one our group company Invente Innovation Labs Pvt Ltd. As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports. Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience. Assist with offer letters, documentation, and pre-onboarding processes. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles. Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification processes. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (internship experience is a plus). · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. · Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools is an advantage.
