Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Recruiter located in Bhilai . The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, and coordinating the recruitment process end-to-end. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, post job openings on various platforms, and manage candidate databases. Additional day-to-day tasks include scheduling interviews, assisting in onboarding new employees, and maintaining recruitment records.
