Junior Quality Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Perform testing and inspections on products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Document and report findings from quality audits, tests, and inspections. Work with cross-functional teams to support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Assist in creating and maintaining detailed records of quality issues, solutions, and testing results. Assist with internal audits. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of quality standards. Basic understanding of quality control tools. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate across departments. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills : Internship or prior experience in quality engineering or a related field.
