JOB DESCRIPTION

1. BE graduates(completed) in the streams of CSE/IS/ECE/EEE/IT with a

python knowledge.

2. Undergone Python training and provide a certificate from the training institute or

have proof that their curriculum included Python in their syllabus. Involvement in

any Python Project work will be an added advantage.

3. Has good communication skills

4. Has to agree to our terms and conditions as given below.

When absorbed into the organization the activities involved are:

1. Recap of the Python knowledge.

2. Python specifics related to Odoo ERP. (One Day classroom training)

3. Hands-on and on-the-job training on Odoo - Python - JavaScript technologies.

4. Understanding of Odoo modules and functionalities within one month.

Duration:

1. Please note that the Odoo training is a program and will be at the company's office

from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm ( Monday to Friday )

2. Assignments will be provided to the trainees and performance will be assessed

every 15 days

3-Remuneration:

1st Month and 2nd month: observation period (No Stipends will be given) Free ODOO Training will be given to the candidates in the first months once the training is completed, we will assign them to projects. Later on selected candidates from the 3th months will get Trainee Expenses coverage. If rejected the candidates will get an internship training certificate.

Training Expenses Coverage from 3nd Month will be 10,000 (If selected from the

3nd Month)

4-Please note: Candidates can be dismissed terminated from the training within 2 to 6 months if their performance does not meet the company expectations.

Review and Increments happen after one year from the date of joining (depending

upon the performance)

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
