Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator/Manager to join our growing team. You will act as the crucial link between our clients and technical team, ensuring clear communication, smooth project execution, and timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a sound understanding of software development lifecycles. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle in IT/software development. Understand client requirements and effectively translate them to technical teams . Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning , and regular team syncs to track progress. Ensure timely and quality delivery by closely collaborating with developers, designers, and QA. Act as a liaison between international clients and the internal development team. Create and maintain detailed project documentation , progress reports, and risk assessments. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing resources and priorities. Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies . Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in an IT Project Coordinator/Manager role. Strong technical foundation (B.Tech, MCA, BCA, or equivalent preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with international clients is highly desirable. Sound understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred). Proficient with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities . Ability to lead teams , handle pressure, and meet deadlines efficiently.
