Junior Production Planning Control Manager

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior PPC Manager to assist in the planning, scheduling, and control of production activities within our aluminium manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various departments to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing production schedules based on sales forecasts and orders. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure smooth production. Work closely with the procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure adherence to planned schedules. Identify and resolve bottlenecks, delays, or inefficiencies in the production process. Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as production output, downtime, and rejection rates. Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, machinery, and materials). Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports . Assist in cost control measures and process improvements to enhance efficiency. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of finished products. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the production process.
