Junior Placement Officer

We are looking for a dedicated Placement Officer to manage and improve the placement process for our students. The main responsibility is to contact companies, build relationships, and secure job and internship opportunities for students at our institute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and coordinate with companies to create placement opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with industry partners and HR managers.
• Schedule campus interviews and placement drives.
• Guide students on interview preparation and job readiness.
• Maintain and update placement records regularly.
• Work closely with students to understand their career goals.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills (especially over phone).
• Ability to build relationships with company HR and recruiters.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Any graduate (preferred: MBA/HR background).
• Prior experience in placement or marketing/sales is an advantage.
