1. Communication with Airlines and Foreign Associates, checking emails, receiving Pre alerts, coordination with the airline/associates for discrepancy, if any. 2. Creating job in Corvi, issuing ACAN to customers & CHAs, checking arrival status of flights. 3. Filing CGM in ICEGATE, releasing online delivery order, making payment vouchers for airline DOs. 4. Sending cargo arrival status to customers on daily basis. 5. Tracking the shipment and checking for the schedule. 6. Checking for short-landing and to co-ordinate with the Airline/ Associate for resolution of the issue. 7. Raising invoice to Customers/ CHAs and collection of payment. 8. Filing of all shipment related documents and uploading in Corvi. 9. Co-ordination with Associates, remittance cell and Corporate for reconciliation and release of payments.
