Junior Officer

As a Senior Officer at Eranad Urban Society, your role involves assisting in the daily operations of the society to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers in opening and managing various deposit accounts such as FD, RD, and other financial products. - Supporting the processing and documentation of gold loans and other credit products. - Addressing member queries, providing product information, and promoting new schemes to enhance customer engagement. - Ensuring strict compliance with KYC norms and internal audit standards to maintain operational integrity. - Handling daily cash transactions, reconciliation, and reporting accurately. - Collaborating with senior staff to manage branch operations efficiently and strengthen customer relationships. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business is essential. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and manage work under pressure. Experience: - A minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role within an NBFC, Co-operative society, or financial institution.
