As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web and desktop applications, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and reliable. ### **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions based on project requirements. - Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using C# and .NET Framework/Core. - Develop and maintain web and desktop applications, APIs, and services. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, security, and functionality. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and efficient coding techniques. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, integrating new tools and techniques as necessary. - Assist in database design, implementation, and optimization (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.). - Perform unit testing and ensure that the software meets the required quality standards. - Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment, adhering to project deadlines and timelines. ### **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API). - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns. - Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular/React). - Familiarity with databases like SQL Server, MySQL, or other relational databases. - Knowledge of RESTful API design and development. - Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN). - Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). - Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. ### **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with .NET Core and modern frameworks like Blazor. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). - Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, etc. - Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., MSTest, NUnit, xUnit). ### **Personal Attributes:** - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams. - A proactive and self-motivated attitude toward continuous learning and growth. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements. ### **Benefits:** - Competitive salary on performance-based. - Health and wellness benefits. - Opportunities for skill development and career growth. - A collaborative and innovative work environment.
