Junior Merchandiser — Full-Time (On-Site), Goregaon East, Mumbai
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
This role manages merchandising for The House of She’s and multiple client brands under our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate must handle production coordination, documentation, dispatch, and cross-team communication with precision and speed.
Responsibilities:
1. Strong understanding of garment production, fabrics, trims, silhouettes, and finishing.
2. Create accurate line sheets, cost sheets, spec sheets, and tech packs.
3. Coordinate seamlessly with in-house brand + multiple external brands.
4. Manage dispatch, store dispatch, inventory tracking, billing & documentation.
5. Maintain high attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
6. Communicate effectively with production, sampling, cutting, QC & dispatch teams.
7. Maintain production trackers, timelines, client follow-ups, and order updates.
8. Use Excel/Google Sheets confidently; Illustrator knowledge is a plus.
