Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Junior Mechanical Designer. The role involves creating technical drawings using CAD software, collaborating with engineers to design innovative machine components, and contributing to research and development initiatives to improve product performance. The Junior Mechanical Designer will also assist in prototype creation, testing, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software is required.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Design and Mechanical Engineering fundamentals is essential.
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) processes and methods is recommended.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with materials used in automotive fabrication and an understanding of manufacturing standards is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Hands-on experience with prototype development and testing is an advantage.
