Junior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive

Role Description:

Seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive

to join our team in India. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready for real world fieldwork. You will travel within your region to meet clients, conduct market research, and actively support the company s outre ach and brand building efforts. You ll gain hands on experience working directly under the Head of Marketing and collaborate with cross functional teams to execute impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed market research to id entify growth opportunities, gather competitor
• intelligence, and understand market trends in your assigned region.
• Travel frequently within your city or region to meet with universities, student centers,
• SMEs, and other potential partners promoting, and pr esenting our platform,
• understanding client needs, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support the planning and execution of offline and online marketing campaigns,
• including organizing events, and webinars.
• Assist in lead generation and sal es outreach through presentations, in person
• networking, and follow ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, delivering excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing content and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Essential

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication s kills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for fieldwork within India.
• Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and remotely.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google
• Workspace, Adobe illustrator, Canva

Desired

• Up to 1 year of relevant marketing, field sales, or client facing experience.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asan a).
• Knowledge of digital marketing basics (social media, content creation, campaign
• management).
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast paced environments and learn quickly.

Timings:

• 9AM to 5:30PM with 30minutes of break.
• Will have an everyday call with UK Marketing Team Lead.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
