As a Junior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of marketing, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to our outreach and brand building efforts. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, conduct market research, and collaborate with various teams to execute impactful marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed market research to identify growth opportunities, gather competitor intelligence, and understand market trends in your assigned region. - Travel frequently within your city or region to meet with universities, student centers, SMEs, and potential partners to promote our platform, understand client needs, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. - Support the planning and execution of offline and online marketing campaigns, including organizing events and webinars. - Assist in lead generation and sales outreach through presentations, in-person networking, and follow-ups. - Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. - Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, delivering excellent customer service. - Contribute to the creation of marketing content and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Essential - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage clients and stakeholders. - Willingness and ability to travel frequently for fieldwork within India. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and remotely. - Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace, Adobe Illustrator, Canva. Desired - Up to 1 year of relevant marketing, field sales, or client-facing experience. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). - Knowledge of digital marketing basics (social media, content creation, campaign management). - Strong organizational and reporting skills. - Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn quickly.
