Job Description

Job Purpose: Supporting in preparation of Annual Operating plans, Monthly financials statements under INDAS and IGAAP as per the applicable accounting standards and accounting policies. Ensuring all the accounting done by the team members in various verticals of payables, receivables, cash and cards realization postings are properly accounted under respective GLs Adhering to timelines of Internal and Statutory audits, complete coordination with auditors and support them with documentation process. Handling Related Party Transactions and ensure reconciliations thereof on monthly basis. Preparation of PPTs under various scenarios and Management requirements Support in Data sharing for various fund raising initiatives. Supporting Budgeting & MIS requirements of other Duty Free Businesses. Role & responsibilities: Preparation of Financial Reports under INDAS and IGAAP Accounting and ensure closure of books within stipulated dates. Preparation of MIS Reports for Business Analytics Data Analytics and Annual Budgeting Attend and response to queries of Internal and External Audits required under the Companies Act. Ensuring the necessary information is prepared complying to the requirements for Tax Assessments and attending the assessment in person Preparation of various CAS (schedules) required for quarterly and yearly audits Mapping of the TB GLs into BPC platform facilitating the Group Corporate to upload the same in SAP on monthly basis. Preferred candidate profile: CA/CMA(Inter) preferably with knowledge of Navision ERP /SAP FICO module 4-6 years in handling Budgets, MIS, Accounts Finalization under INDAS Accounting Standards and ensuring all compliances under Companies Act
