Job Description

Job Purpose: Work closely with Manager ERP to understand the User Requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and create functional specifications for NAV configuration and enhancements. Functional Documents and , interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows for effective business operations. Role & responsibilities: Co-ordinate with the Respective departments to user requirements and recommend alternate solutions and fixes to meet business requirements. Data and process flow of NAV and LS, Finance operations and reconciliations. Ability to write effective system and process documentation, including business and system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts to prepare FRD (Functional Requirement Document & FDD (Functional Design Document). Preparation of Functional Specification Document, Training Manuals & UAT Scripts Conduct User Training, User Acceptance Testing workshops, Application configuration by following business best practice & standards. Coordination with technical team for solution development A Certification must be added advantage from Microsoft Dynamics Navision Functional Consultant Associate, or are willing to achieve this certification within 90 days of hire. Should have completed at least 2-3 full life cycle implementation (Full Life Cycle = General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budget, Cash flow, SCM, Inventory, Manufacturing) Responsible for Handling the Overall ERP work in absence of Manager ERP Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5-years hands-on experience with full life-cycle implementations. A Minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2016 R2 & Above. Bachelors degree in IT or MBA , MCA relevant Degrees. 4 to 12 years of IT experience and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
