Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the company’s legal matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and supporting the business in mitigating legal risks. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and draft memos, contracts, and other legal documents. Assist in reviewing agreements, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Provide support in managing disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters. Coordinate with external counsel on specialized legal issues. Handle matters related to civil suits and disputes, ensuring timely legal interventions. Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization and provide timely updates. Assist in the implementation of corporate governance practices. Support cross-functional teams with legal advice on commercial transactions and business activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. 1-3 years of experience in corporate law, civil matters, or contract law (fresh graduates with exceptional academic records may be considered). Strong knowledge of legal frameworks and regulatory compliance. Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Exposure to intellectual property rights, e-commerce laws, and technology-related legal matters. Experience in handling negotiations and drafting commercial contracts. Proficiency in legal software and tools. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience). Work Location: Baner, Pune (daily presence required at the office).
