About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals to join our Endpoint Management team. As a Junior Intune Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and managing Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments, ensuring secure and efficient endpoint management across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide
Level 0 / Level 1 support
for Microsoft Intune and SCCM (Endpoint Manager) environments. - Assist in
device enrollment, configuration, and compliance management
using Intune. - Monitor and troubleshoot
basic endpoint issues
related to Windows devices, Intune policies, and SCCM deployments. - Support
patch management, software distribution, and inventory reporting
. - Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, incidents, and resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to
security and compliance standards
for endpoint devices.
Must-Have Skills:
- Basic understanding of
Microsoft Intune
and SCCM (Endpoint Manager)
. - Familiarity with
Windows Server
, Active Directory
, and Azure AD
concepts. - Knowledge of
PowerShell scripting
for automation tasks (basic level). - Awareness of
DNS
, network fundamentals
, and endpoint security practices. - Good communication skills (customer-facing role).
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to
VMware environments
. - Understanding of
ITIL processes
and incident management. - Awareness of
cloud technologies
(Microsoft Azure).
Experience:

L0:
0-1 years of experience in IT support or endpoint management. -
L1:
1-3 years of hands-on experience with Intune and SCCM environments.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
