Junior Internal Company Auditor

Location: Kolkata
Department: Internal Audit

Role Overview

We are looking for an Internal Auditor to review and strengthen our Purchase processes and Finance statutory compliance. The role involves conducting audits, identifying risks, reviewing controls, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct audits of procurement processes, vendor management, PO/GRN/invoice matching, and payment cycles.
Review finance statutory requirements including GST/TDS compliance, general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Identify control weaknesses, recommend improvements, and monitor corrective actions.
Prepare clear audit reports and support statutory/external audit processes.
Work cross-functionally while maintaining independence and objectivity.

Qualifications

B.Com/CA Inter/CMA or related qualification.
2–6 years of experience in internal or statutory audits.
Strong knowledge of procurement cycles, accounting standards, and financial compliance.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally preferred).

Skills

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong communication, and report-writing ability.
High integrity and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
