passionate and detail-oriented architecture graduates / interns

• Assist in

  conceptual and working drawings

  , 2D/3D visualizations, and presentation layouts.
• Support in preparing

  municipal drawings, approvals, and documentation

  (DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020, NMMC, MCGM norms).
• Coordinate with consultants for

  structural, MEP, and landscape inputs

  .
• Conduct

  site visits

  and prepare progress reports.
• Research materials, design trends, and innovative solutions.

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office

  (knowledge of Lumion/Enscape is a plus).
• Basic understanding of

  building bye-laws, redevelopment policies, and architectural detailing

  .
• Strong

  design sense, drafting skills, and attention to detail

  .
• Ability to

  work in a team environment

  and handle multiple tasks.

• B.Arch graduates / pursuing final year

  of architecture.
• Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in

  redevelopment/high-rise projects

  will be an advantage.

• Hands-on learning

  in redevelopment and large-scale urban projects.
• Exposure to

  client meetings, PMC processes, and government approvals

  .
• Guidance under

  experienced architects, engineers, and legal consultants

  .

• Stipend / performance-based allowance

  (for interns).
• Growth path to

  full-time Junior Architect

  role based on performance.
