Junior Interior Designer

Job Summary: The Junior Interior Designer will assist in the design and execution of interior design projects, utilising both 2D and 3D design skills. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the desire to grow within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts and presentations.
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models to illustrate design ideas.
• Assist in space planning, selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Prepare and present mood boards, colour palettes, and material samples.
• Produce accurate and detailed project documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and renderings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in interior design or related fields (internship experience may be considered).
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent visualization skills and a strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D design work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,623.91 - ₹31,799.10 per month
