MONDAY - SATURDAY 10- 7

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior HR Recruiter. The Junior HR Recruiter will support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates via online platforms, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role involves utilizing recruitment tools and communicating effectively across teams.

Qualifications

Experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing hiring recommendations
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
