Junior Graphics Designer

Design Insects is a leading creative agency specializing in packaging design and catalog design for a wide range of industries. We are passionate about helping brands bring their products to life through eye-catching and functional design solutions. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and create innovative designs that elevate the branding and visual appeal of our clients’ products. We are looking for a full-time Junior Graphic Designer for Packaging Design. Must have a Basic Layout sense with packaging design and catalog design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and visually appealing product packaging that aligns with brand identity and market trends.
• Develop and create layouts for product catalogs, ensuring a seamless blend of product visuals and information.
• Work closely with the seniors and marketing teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide creative design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with packaging trends, materials, and industry standards to maintain cutting-edge design.
• Eager to learn new things.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in packaging design and catalog design.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and catalog design projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, layout skills, and knowledge of print production processes.
• Ability to think creatively and work independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with retail and e-commerce packaging design.
• Knowledge of 3D packaging design and product mockups.
• Familiarity with printing processes, paper stocks, and materials for packaging.
• Experience with digital catalog design and interactive PDFs.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills for product demonstrations (optional).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
