We Are On The Lookout For People Who Can

• Use their creative craft, understanding of platforms and grasp of culture to solve marketing problems for a variety of brands.
• Working with creative team to maintain & develop visual aesthetics (brand colors, textures, treatments, fonts, and other elements)
• Work with a copywriter as a partner but occasionally function alone.
• Work across all technical aspects of content production and delivery
• Help to build a brand playbook for all visual elements
• Ability to visualize ideas via storyboards, mocks, sketches, etc.
• Conceptualize and can brainstorm from time to time
• Balance multiple projects at a given time
• Work under the direction of your creative director, you will be assigned projects by the resource manager.
• Understand the difference between a creative idea and a tactical execution and (based on the nature of the project) must be proficient at working on both.
• Responsible for art direction on all mediums, everything from social posts to videos to micro-content.
• Stay current with technology and trends as well as seek opportunities to improve your art/design skills.
  

Your Qualifications Include

• Love Cinema and Pop Culture
• Strong art/design skills
• Ability to conceptualize ideas
• Team player and Time management
• At least 1 year of experience in a digital advertising agency
  

Other Requirements

• Has 1+ years of agency experience.
• Ready to join immidiately.
• Located in Bangalore.
• Has a killer portfolio and ability to execute.
• Ability to commute to work
• Own a laptop that you can use at work
• Get us all tea (Just kidding ;) we drink coffee)
