We're Hiring: Junior Graphic Designer at Vartalaap Marketing At Vartalaap, we believe in the power of storytelling, design, and strategy. We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team - someone who’s passionate about visual communication and wants to create designs that speak. What You'll Do:Assist in designing social media creatives, presentations, brand collaterals, and campaign visualsCollaborate with the strategy and content team to bring ideas to life through designSupport on photo/video shoot design requirements (moodboards, layout plans, etc.)Work on multiple brand identities and maintain visual consistency across projectsStay updated with design trends and apply them to client work when relevant What We’re Looking For:0–2 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign — After Effects is a plus)A keen eye for detail, composition, color, and typographyGood communication skills and ability to take feedback positivelyHunger to learn, grow, and do some Vartalaap through design Bonus if You:Have experience with Canva or FigmaEnjoy experimenting with styles and pushing creative boundariesCan handle reels/editing basics (not mandatory, but cool to have) Think you’ve got the eye?
