Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design daily social media creatives for multiple brands across industries
• Develop visually engaging graphics tailored to each brand’s identity and goals
• Maintain consistency in visual language while adapting to various brand styles
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure timely delivery
• Design promotional materials such as banners, emailers, and ad creatives

Video Editing & Motion Design

• Edit short-form video content (reels/stories/promos) for social media
• Adapt videos to platform-specific formats and requirements
• Add animations, transitions, sound effects, music, and subtitles
• Collaborate with team members to produce videos for campaigns and events

Branding & Packaging

• Support in designing logos and brand identity elements
• Assist in creating visually appealing product packaging designs
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all visual assets

Software Skills Required

• Adobe Photoshop

  – Social media creatives, image editing

• Adobe Illustrator

  – Logos, icons, and illustrations

• Adobe Premiere Pro

  – Basic video editing

• Adobe After Effects

  – Motion graphics, animated posts
