Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office)
Position: Graphic Designer
Employment: Full-time (6-month Fixed-Term Contract, extendable based on performance)
Experience: 1–3 years

About The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for visuals, color harmony, and storytelling through design.You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and senior designers to create digital and visual content that feels polished, modern, and on-brand.This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the design and marketing teams to translate concepts into visuals that engage and perform well across platforms.

What You’ll Do

Design clean, balanced visuals for digital campaigns, social posts, and in-app creatives.
Use Figma as your main workspace for layout, iteration, and collaboration.
Apply strong typography and color blending to create appealing compositions.
Maintain visual consistency across all design outputs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project needs.
Support senior designers in executing design directions and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in graphic design or digital design.
Strong portfolio that demonstrates your visual sense, color use, and typographic hierarchy.
Proficiency in Figma (must-have).
Basic understanding of composition, motion, and storytelling through design.
Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver quickly under deadlines.
Collaborative, open to feedback, and proactive in communication.

Bonus Skills

Interest in blending brand identity with performance-focused design.
Familiarity with other design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
