What happens after 3 months?

Your Role: What You'll Do

Your role is a unique blend of technical development and hands-on field research.

• Build from Scratch:

  You will be the primary developer responsible for technically implementing the RestoPulse application, guided by the senior co-founders.

• Field Research (No Sales!):

  You will accompany our sales co-founder on visits to restaurants across Kannur. Your sole purpose is to

  observe and understand

  their internal operations, workflows, pain points, and requirements.

• Feasibility & Strategy:

  You will assess the feasibility of new feature requests and discuss your findings with the senior engineers to define our technical roadmap and milestones.

• Work Mode:

  The first few weeks will involve frequent morning travel for research. After that, you will primarily work remotely, focusing on development. However, you must be available for further restaurant visits as needed.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience:

  A

  skilled fresher

  with a strong portfolio OR 1 year of full-stack development experience.

• Tech Stack:

  Proficiency in

  Python

  or

  Ruby on Rails

  for the backend and

  React

  for the frontend.

• Mandatory AI Knowledge:

  You

  must

  have a solid foundational understanding of Applied AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

• Bonus Points:

  Practical experience or projects building RAG applications.

• Mobility:

  You must be able to travel comfortably anywhere in Kannur, often on short notice.

• Non-Negotiables:

  You

  must

  have your own

  personal vehicle (for travel), a personal laptop, and a high-speed internet connection.

What We Offer

• Salary:

  ₹20,000 per month, can be incremented to ₹25,000 any time based on performance review.

  All work-related travel allowances will be paid on top of your salary.

Important Considerations & Terms

• Full-Time Commitment:

  This is a full-time, 100% exclusive role. No part-time projects, hobby projects, other jobs, or moonlighting is allowed. The contract will be terminated immediately if this is discovered.

• Work Schedule:

  We work 6 days a week.

  Saturday is a working day.

  Sunday is a holiday (though a rare restaurant visit on a Sunday may be required).

• Leave:

  You will receive 2 days of paid time off per month.

• Travel:

  Most travel will be scheduled for the mornings.
