As part of our continuous growth in the retail segment, we are looking for a passionate Junior Fashion Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 1 -2 years of experience ( Location: AHMEDABAD ) You will assist in the design and development of trendy, comfortable, and high-quality garments while gaining hands-on experience in the fashion industry. Technical Skills:Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and Photoshop.Understanding of garment construction and fabric properties.Soft Skills:Creativity with a keen eye for detail.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to collaborate and take feedback constructively. KPI'sResearch & Trend AnalysisSupport in market research and trend forecasting for emerging styles and fabrics.Assist in developing seasonal mood boards, color palettes, and design themes.Design & ConceptualizationAssist in creating innovative designs that align with brand aesthetics.Work on tech packs, including design specifications and measurements.Material & Fabric InnovationHelp in sourcing materials and fabrics to enhance product functionality.Stay updated on fabric trends and advancements in textile technology.Sample Development & FittingsCoordinate with product development teams for sample creation.Participate in fit sessions and provide input on garment adjustments.Collaboration & CoordinationWork closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams.Assist in maintaining design files and project documentation. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or a related field (Preferably NIFT).Experience:1-2 years in apparel design, preferably in athleisure or sleepwear.Preference: Preferred candidates from Ahmedabad location
