Ability to create detailed technical sketches and flat drawings. Basic knowledge of pattern-making and sewing. Creative Skills: Strong aesthetic and color sense. Good eye for detail, silhouettes, and finishing. Ability to translate trends into practical designs. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Neat and structured in maintaining design documentation. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Receptive to feedback and eager to learn. Team player with a proactive attitude. Qualifications: Fashion Design or a related field. 02 years of experience in fashion design or internship in a similar role. Portfolio of design work (mandatory).
