Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Faculty based in Vizianagaram. The Junior Faculty member will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, developing course materials, conducting research, and contributing to academic publications. The position also includes mentoring students, participating in faculty meetings, and engaging in departmental activities. The Junior Faculty will work closely with senior faculty and staff to ensure the highest quality of education and foster a productive learning environment.

Qualifications

Teaching and instructional skills, including developing course materials and delivering lectures
Research abilities and experience with academic publications
Mentoring and advising students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
Ph.D. or Master's degree in relevant field
Previous teaching experience is a plus
Commitment to diversity and inclusion in academic settings
