Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new international sales opportunities across targeted regions.
  • Manage inquiries from overseas clients via email, WhatsApp, calls, and B2B portals.
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and export documentation under guidance.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into orders.
  • Coordinate with the production, logistics, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
  • Manage product listing, pricing, and responses on platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba (if applicable).
  • Track competitor products, pricing trends, and market demand across export regions.
  • Build long-term relationships with distributors, partners, and repeat clients.
  • Generate weekly MIS reports on inquiries, conversions, follow-ups, and revenue.
  • Support senior sales team in exhibitions, trade shows, and international business meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with export norms, packaging standards, and client quality expectations.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Export Sales, International Business, or B2B Sales

water treatment, RO products, alkaline/hydrogen water, or similar industries

Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English; additional languages are a plus.

Basic understanding of export processes, documentation, Incoterms, and shipping coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.

Ability to manage follow-ups, negotiations, and customer relationships professionally.

Positive attitude, fast learner, and willingness to grow in international sales.


💼 Salary Range


  • ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

  • (Based on skills, communication level, export experience, and industry knowledge)
