Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive recruitment experience. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate details and hiring progress. Stakeholder & Coordination: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align hiring efforts with business needs. Support in coordinating walk-in drives, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives. Assist in preparing job descriptions, offer letters, and onboarding documentation. Process & Compliance: Ensure adherence to hiring policies, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) practices, and compliance guidelines. Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards, tracking key hiring metrics. Support in background verification and documentation processes for new hires. Key Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination. Basic understanding of sourcing techniques, interview processes, and ATS tools. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals is a plus. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities. Good to have EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
