Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. Resolve issues related to order discrepancies or delays. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent communication skills for supplier interactions
