What You’ll Be Doing: Assist in end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews Support onboarding and exit formalities for employees Maintain and update employee records and documentation Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations Be a part of employee engagement and communication initiatives Contribute to policy compliance and administrative tasks Who You Are: A graduate (preferably in HR/Management or related field) Excellent communication and coordination skills Eager to work in a night shift and learn all facets of HR Self-driven, organized, and a team player 1 to 3 year of experience – both are welcome!
