Job description: Junior Executive (Finance) Primary Responsibilities: Payment Closure on day to day basis. Petty Cash maintenance and vouching Verification. Bill Collection, bills booking & categorizing the transactions in Books. Customer refunds, Vendor payments. Regular recurring payments to be closed on due dates. Document submission for Secured and Unsecured Loan To provide correct information for Inter Departmental requirements. To provide payment confirmations for direct sales and spare sales to the CC agents & leads. Independent and individual problem solving approach. Closing Balance updating & Zoho Expenses Closure and Documentation.
