Maintaining and repairing buildings and equipment Overseeing custodial and security staff Ensuring that the lighting, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems are operating Supervising the design and upkeep of the facilities grounds and landscaping Monitoring space allocations and providing efficient space use. Adhering to and improving health and safety standards, and providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work. Planning for and overseeing major renovations and new construction. Monitoring construction and renovation projects. Ensure office supplier and vendor co-ordination. Support on asset management and new employee joiner formalities. Transportation Management.
