Junior Engineer - System Validation (Hardware Sensors & Embedded Systems)

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Engineer, you will be responsible for system validation of hardware sensors, embedded systems, and HW components. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and executing system validation tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve system-level issues, and analyzing test results to provide detailed reports and recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will participate in the development of test plans, test cases, and test procedures, and work closely with hardware engineers to provide feedback on testability and manufacturability. It is essential to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in system validation. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in system validation, preferably in the field of hardware sensors, embedded systems, or HW components. A Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required. You should possess a strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, including circuit analysis, digital logic, and microcontrollers. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, C++, or MATLAB is essential, and experience with scripting languages like Bash or Perl is a plus. Good problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities are crucial for this role, along with familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment. Nice to have qualifications include experience with automation frameworks, knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, familiarity with version control systems, and relevant certifications such as Certified Test Engineer (CTE) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
