Junior Engineer / Senior Engineer - High Pressure - Die Casting

Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1)Handling of shift activity, 2) Troubleshooting of automated die casting machine, 3) Achieve shift target of safety, quality delivery, cost & Improvements, Training to new operator, Responsibilities: 1) Understanding & implementing shift planning 2) Achieve shift output targets wrt rejection percentage, OEE, & suggestion. 3) Monitor & maintain attendance percentage of team members. 4) Motivate team to give suggestions 5) Kaizen implementation 6) Lean Manufacturing 7) Why-why analysis 8) 7 QC tools 9) Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 Work experience : 03 to 05 Years for Junior Engineer 06-08 Years for Senior Engineer Desired profile of the candidate * Candidate having knowledge of High Pressure Die Casting with minimum 03 to 08 experience as well as having experience of Handling of shift activity, troubleshooting of automated die casting machine, Achieve shift target of safety, quality delivery, cost & Improvements, Training to new operator. He should also Understanding & implementing shift planning , Achieve shift output targets wrt rejection percentage, OEE, & suggestion, Monitor & maintain attendance percentage of team members, Motivate team to give suggestions , Kaizen implementation , Lean Manufacturing , Why-why analysis , 7 QC tools , IATF 16949 and ISO 14001
