Job Description: As an Assistant Junior Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the estimation process for our construction projects. You will work closely with our senior estimators and project managers to analyze project requirements, prepare cost estimates, and assist in budget planning. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent civil engineering graduates to gain valuable experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior estimators to analyze project specifications and requirements. - Assist in conducting quantity take-offs and preparing cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment. - Support in preparing bid proposals and tender documents. - Assist in evaluating subcontractor bids and proposals. - Maintain organized documentation of project estimates and related correspondence. - Provide support to project managers in budget planning and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle. - Stay updated on industry trends and construction costs to ensure competitiveness in estimates.
